- Organize projects in the field and maintain active knowledge of project parameters.
- Obtain and study the project drawings and specifications, including the scope of work as defined by our contract with the General contractor.
- Maintain open communication with the General contractor and attend project meetings.
- Maintain record documents and approved submittals. Notify the project manager if there are missing submittals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicates, maintains, and fosters relationships with the General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner, and other stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
